If the scheduled appointment is no longer suitable and you wish to cancel, you may notify us by email or telephone.

Should you be unable to attend the appointment at the reserved time for any reason, please inform us in advance. As rescheduling requires time and coordination, cancellations or modifications are free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the booked appointment (by email or telephone), taking our opening hours into account.
